If I told you to think negatively, you’d probably say “Well that’s probably not gonna make my life better.”

But what I’m talking about is a very specific way of negative thinking that actually creates more positive outcomes.

Let me explain what I mean by that...

Because you probably don’t want to have more negative thoughts. That’s not what I’m telling you to do.

What I’m telling you to do is to reshape the way you approach things, so you recognize self-sabotage patterns before they occur — by being aware of the negative side of things.

Your subconscious mind is loaded with negative thoughts. But if you never find them, they'll sabotage you when you least expect it.

So negative thinking is the process of unearthing the inner sh*t that causes sabotage.
